When he steps on stage and starts dancing, there is a feeling that he is dancing specially for you… And the huge hall, accommodating two, three, five thousand people is filled with the incredible warmth. How does he manage to do this? – To answer the question, it is enough to spend half an hour with him. Marcelo Gomes possesses the rare charisma, the magic charm and the unique sincerity. This deep without borders – it lives in his dance, in his choreography, in his attitude towards the life, the audience, the surrounding people. While making the video portrait we asked Marcelo to speak about innermost things for him as for the dancer and for the choreographer. We asked him to speak Portuguese, his native language, to feel deeper this irreproachable unity of physical and emotional beauty.
